Our money-back guarantee, eligibility rules, and the refund process for CanviPress purchases.

We want every CanviPress customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This page explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase CanviPress for the first time and decide it isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase date. Email us your order number and a brief reason and we’ll process it.

Who qualifies

The money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases of CanviPress only. The following are not eligible:

  • License renewals
  • Affiliate commissions or bonus credits
  • Refund requests filed more than 7 days after purchase
  • Accounts found to be in violation of the Terms of Service

Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The product has been used heavily during the 7-day window
  • The refund request is filed after the eligibility period
  • The issue stems from a known limitation listed in our documentation
  • We detect abuse of the refund process

How refunds are processed

Our payment processor, Paddle, handles all transactions and refunds. Once approved, the refund is credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your CanviPress subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund — refund eligibility is determined by the conditions above.
