These terms govern participation in the CanviPress affiliate program. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. Approval is at our sole discretion and we may decline applications without explanation.
Commission
Approved affiliates earn 15% commission on qualifying CanviPress sales referred through their unique affiliate link. Refunded transactions are reversed from commission.
Cookie duration
Referrals are tracked via a 30-day cookie. Purchases made after the cookie expires require a new referral click.
Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly once your accrued balance exceeds $50. Payouts are made via your chosen payment method on file.
Marketing guidelines
Affiliates may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about CanviPress
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) on behalf of CanviPress
- Bid on CanviPress branded keywords in paid search
- Misrepresent the affiliate relationship
- Refer themselves or their own purchases
- Promote without disclosing the affiliate relationship where required by law
Termination
We may end your participation at any time for any reason. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to a material breach.
Program changes
We may modify the program — including commission rates, cookie window, or terms — with notice via your dashboard or email.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability under this program is limited to commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Bangladeshi courts.
